You may be asking yourself "What is a Pupusa"? don't worry, I'll fill you in.

 

The Pupusa is a tradition Salvadoran dish using corn masa and adding one of our delicious fillings in between the masa, flatten it out and cooking it on the griddle. The Curtido (pickled cabbage) Is quintessential to the Pupusa, it's a mix of fresh cabbage, red onion, and carrot along with herbs and spices to really add a unique flavor and crunch to it. In the end its topped with a homemade salsa for addition flavor and spice.
